Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Loft & Home Essentials purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, just return the merchandise at your expense in its original condition and packaging with all parts of the returned items included as well as any free items that were sent as a condition of the overall sale.

Opened bottles of fragrance with the seal broken may not be returned. Loft & Home Essentials reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee. How To Order
Ordering online at Loft & Home Essentials is secure and easy. All information is encrypted and protected against unauthorized access. Once you have selected an item, enter the desired quantity and click Add to Cart. Use the View Cart button to see your complete order. When you have finished shopping, click on Checkout on the Shopping Cart page and complete the online order form. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover.

Upon completion of your order, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided on the order form. Most orders are shipped within one business day and you will receive shipment confirmation with your Fed Ex tracking number.

Merchandise prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. If an ordered item is not in stock, you will be notified with an estimated shipment date via email as soon as possible. We can not guarantee availability of all items.
